My name is Sarah Wood and I own the house with a group of friends looking to provide a different level of service to our guests. Known as Quince Investments, we aim to give you a truly special stay. Our houses are no ordinary holiday homes, they exude charm and homeliness but above all comfort. We want you to experience the best of the best. Great locations, great facilities and something that’s just a little bit different. All our houses have hot water outside baths, they are fun to use and special places to relax. All the houses have been built with sustainability in mind, they are very well insulated, way above the norm, we have electric car charging points for you to use, we have only used the most efficient lighting. We want to do our bit for the environment as we know you do. We ask you pick up your rubbish and don’t drop anything on the beach or in the sea, as in turn less plastic means better cleaner waters – we have all watched the documentaries.

Tucked away off a dead end lane The Honeypot is in a wonderful peaceful spot to relax and enjoy, play tennis, walk or just chill. You will be woken by bird song, you can help yourself to apples from the trees and sample the good life at its best. It is pretty as a picture with lots of quirky things, super comfy bed with deep topper and a hammock to enjoy. Come and see for yourself!

The Honeypot is situated deep in the Kent countryside but is just 10 minutes from Canterbury and its wonderful medieval heart. Take a punt down the river with a guide, visit the cathedral or just enjoy the independent shops and beautiful setting. You can walk across the fields to two pubs, The Hop Pocket is 20 minutes walk with its friendly owners and great food or Rose and Crown in Stelling Minnis is 40 minutes. The Pig at Bridge is 4 miles for that special occasion. Visit Whitstable and eat oysters, meander along the harbour at Folkestone or stand on the White Cliffes at Dover.
