Hosting since 2019, Bev and I love the wonderful location in which we live and the endless outdoor opportunities. We look after wildlife and indigenous flora and very happy to share our little pice of Pembrokeshire heaven with our guests!
Ideally located within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Trefechan Wen enjoys a quiet, peaceful environment with just two neighbouring properties. The sea is on three sides of the peninsula and inland views of the Preseli Hills are enhanced by ever changing light and weather conditions. The area is steeped in history with a prehistoric burial mound a 10 minute walk from the property and visible from the Shepherds Hut. Of more recent historical note is the site of the last invasion attempt of Britain took place nearby! There is a superb transport network considering the remote feel of the property. This is largely due to Fishguard ferry port being just over a mile down the hill with twice daily sailings to Ireland! A railway line continues to serve Goodwick with trains scheduled around the ferry arrival/departure times.
