The Little House is a beautiful spacious, light and characterful detached property with private annexe, situated on a quiet lane in the coastal village of Brancaster. This lovely flint cottage is superbly located; close to the heart of the village with its much-loved pub and within easy walking distance of the sandy beach and Royal West Norfolk Golf Course.

Brancaster is famed for its vast, breathtaking sandy beach. The expanse stretches for miles, backed by gentle sand dunes and the famous links golf course of The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club. Turn left as you reach the beach, and walk to the estuary to discover the seal colony that basks on the creek edges. Paddle in the tidal lagoons or walk for miles along the beach ­to the shipwreck of the SS Vina. The beach is perfect for sunbathing and picnics compiled of delicacies from Brancaster Stores. Kite surfers provide exciting entertainment on windy days. Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licenced, family friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments. Adjacent is 5 acres of playing fields, including two full size goals, a children’s playground along with equipment designed to help coordination and balance, and a family area with picnic tables. There are also new tennis courts. Brancaster offers something for everyone! A walk along the Norfolk coast path brings you to Brancaster Staithe which bustles with sailing fraternity at high tide while sailing craft and boats cram onto the hard. Home to Brancaster Staithe Sailing Club, you can also elect to book a boat trip with Branta Cruises and enjoy a day out at National Trust owned Scolt Head Island. This island is one of Norfolk's best kept secrets - don't miss out. In high season, fresh seafood and coffee can be bought from the shed on the hard.
