The Little Retreat is a spacious family-owned 2 bedroom chalet at Norton Holiday Park, situated on the edge of Dartmouth in South Devon. The Chalet sleeps 5: the master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has single bunk beds and another single bed. We have invested in new flooring in the lounge/dining area in 2024. New windows, cladding and sofas were installed in 2021. The Little Retreat provides guests with a relaxing and comfortable home from home from which to explore the beautiful local area. Norton Park is situated just outside the stunning South Devon town of Dartmouth. Regularly voted amongst the best seaside towns in the country! Dartmouth has its own leisure centre with indoor pool, a lovely heated outdoor pool, a large range of cafes, takeaways, restaurants, pubs, bakeries and shops (including Fat Face, Weird Fish, Saltrock, plus a range of boutiques and galleries). Sainsburys and Lidl are also conveniently located just a few minutes away by car from Norton Park. Whether you want peace and quiet, amazing beaches, coastal walks, theme parks, heritage railways, water sports, boat trips or stunning scenery this part of Devon has it all. The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob, kettle and toaster. It has a Freeview TV, DVD player complete with a large selection of DVDs, books, boardgames and jigsaws. There is also an outside storage box with boogie boards, camping chairs, sports equipment, and a wind break for guests to use. The Chalet will be professionally cleaned before guests' arrival. We ask that guests bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Duvets and pillows are provided. We offer Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday bookings. Alternatively you may also book a full week with a Friday or Monday changeover.
