This newly built 1 bed property benefits from having its own separate entrance and private garden. This quiet street has free parking and is only a short 5 minute walk into the Centre of Rochester. Highly suitable for those needing a home away from home, whether it be whilst you are working in the area, or vising the town for a get away, we can accommodate your stay. Both long and short stays are welcome
The property is accessed via a lockbox and is contact free. I am available in person if required.
A quiet residential street which is only a short 5 minute walk into the Centre of Rochester where you'll find the castle, river and trendy bars and cafe. For those seeking convenience, a newsagents and other takeaway restaurants lie just round the corner to the property.
