Property information

The Melville is a three-storey Victorian town house a five-minute level walk from Brixham harbour and the town centre. All the comfortable ensuite guestrooms have seating and a minifridge, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and hairdryers. There is free WIFI and the price includes a fabulous breakfast with hot and cold options. Free parking is subject to availability at the time of reservation. This must be undertaken prior to arrival. The bedrooms are on the first and second floor, so the property is not suitable for people who have difficulties walking and climbing stairs. Transport links are great. New Road is on a bus route and there are bus stops quite close to The Melville.
