We provide Scottish self-catering holiday accommodation in East Lothian and Edinburgh. We are a highly experienced local holiday let company based in North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland.

Property information

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms Master bedroom has a super king sized bed which can be converted to two single beds. Please let us know if you require the master bed room to be set up as a twin room. The room will be set up as a super king size unless otherwise requested. The second bedroom has two single beds. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. Please note: this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please also note public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day
