The Old Bakery is enviably located close to the green in the award-winning picturesque village of Kingham and home to two renowned restaurants. A perfect choice for both location and accommodation, Kingham village is on the mainline railway, directly from Paddington with plenty of other Cotswold stops along the way.

The Old Bakery is within walking distance of the village's two highly recommended local pubs, the The Kingham Plough and Daylesford's The Wild Rabbit.
Visit the Award-winning Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Cookery School or book a treatment in the Bamford HayBarn Spa.
Chipping Norton, home to Fairytale Farm and with links to former Prime Minister David Cameron and former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson can be reached in approx offering a range of shopping facilities.
The pretty Cotswold villages of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Moreton-in-Marsh are all within a 10-minute drive.
For foodies, The Big Feastival an annual event held at the end of August, hosted by Alex James and Jamie Oliver is hosted just outside the village at Alex's farm.
Oxford (28 minutes by rail) is well worth a visit, offering a wide range of shopping outlets and stunning architecture with the University of Oxford being one of its major attractions.
For golf enthusiasts, Cotswolds Club is 15 minutes away, offering a 18-hole, par 71 course for golfers of all abilities.
A little further field, (30 minute drive) discover the Roman Villa on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Chedworth or visit the quintessential Barnsley House (45 minute drive), with its beautiful gardens, excellent restaurant and luxurious spa.
