Property information

The traditional cottage with a twist has 3 bedrooms meaning it can host 6 guests. Downstairs has an open plan living area which is perfect for getting together as family or friends to spend time together, cook or play games. The enclosed patio area has the private hot tub and outdoor furniture which is great for dining outdoors. Sit back and take in the peaceful surroundings and when the light goes down the idyllic surroundings makes for perfect start gazing! Rossie Ochil Estate may seem like you are in the middle of nowhere, however, it is only a 30 minute drive from Perth and is located only a short distance away from both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The Old Byre is only Dog Friendly, we do not accept other pets in this lodge. Booking dot com do not have an option to only select dog friendly so we are unable to specify in any filters. The Old Byre accepts 2 dogs at an additional cost direct to owner

Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25.

Please inform The Old Byre with Hot Tub in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.
