College View: One bedroom flat, with 2 double beds, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, hob and utensils), an open area to relax, a double bedroom, further double bed tucked away in a private area and a large shower room. Not accessible, on the first floor up steep stairs. Spire View: two double bedroom first floor flat (requires climbing steep stairs), shower room, fully equipped kitchen (microwave grill, hob, utensils, pots &pans), open plan living dining space. The Old Dance Studio: 1 bedroom ground floor flat with an open plan living space, kitchen, bathroom and access to a courtyard. Please note, pets, smoking and parties are not permitted in any of our properties.

Academy of Dance has been in the heart of Chesterfield's families for many years, and we take pride in being able to give homage to a space which was once used to bring up the likes of beautiful ballerinas. We took on this project around in 2022, to create 4 spaces for our guests to enjoy Chesterfield and the Peak District, being able to stay somewhere stylish, modern, yet with touches of history.
