Company information
Hello & welcome – we’re Hannah & Dean, and together with our adventure-loving dogs Bracken & Dottie, we run Geufron Farm. If you’ve found us, you’re probably looking for somewhere to truly unwind while still making space for adventure. You’re in the right place.
After two decades in busy corporate life, we dreamed of creating a space where people (and their dogs!) could escape the everyday, recharge, and enjoy the great outdoors. In 2018 we found Geufron Farm, perched high above the Fathew Valley with breathtaking views across to Cardigan Bay. It was tired and a little forgotten, but we knew instantly it was the one.
What followed was a huge restoration – think Escape to the Chateau but in the Welsh hills! – and in 2020 we opened our doors to guests. Since then, we’ve welcomed couples, families, and groups of friends who come for the views, the mountains, the sea, and the peace that comes from slowing down in a special place.
We’ve created six cottages to suit every type of stay: from cosy romantic boltholes to big family houses. All are dog-friendly with secure gardens, and all have access to our dedicated dog play field. In summer, selected cottages include exclusive use of our heated outdoor pool. Guests also love joining our alpaca experiences – a real farm highlight.
Life here is about balance: walking the beach in the morning, tackling mountain trails by day, then curling up with a log burner at night. It’s also about connection – with nature, with the people you’re travelling with, and with your dogs, who deserve a holiday too.
Our story is one of swapping stress for sunsets, and we’d love to share it with you. We look forward to welcoming you to Geufron Farm.
