A beautiful converted hayloft with its own enclosed garden, set in the grounds of a 22 acre smallholding. Rural, only 5 mins drive to local pub. There is a menagerie of animals to meet + wildlife, lakes, stream and woodland. Views to open farmland, parking. Perfectly situated, near Okehampton, for exploring Dartmoor and the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall including Bude , Widemouth and Sandymouth . 1 double bed ,1 single bed and travel cot. Suit couples, small family, dog friendly (small).
I am a handyman (builder) have been most of my life. Me, my wife and children moved for a change of pace and to enjoy our surroundings. We moved to Devon in 2007 with a young family, all are adults now!
