It was the perfect location of being close to the motorway and other connections but not in the middle of the town. The property was clean, tidy, quiet and had everything I needed. It was only a short 15 minute drive to where I was working with...

A cosy, self contained loft apartment with amazing views across Nottinghamshire countryside. Situated in a private location in the historic grounds of what used to be the National Church School in old Blidworth, we are close to Robin Hood's legendary Sherwood Forest and a great base for cyclists and walkers. Ideal for couples or business travellers. Excellent pubs, restaurants & shops within walking distance. Off-road parking for one vehicle, wifi, good transport links to M1 and Nottingham.
We have lived in Blidworth for seven years and love the area. We have spent much of that time renovating our house, The Old School House, into a lovely family home while still retaining some of the original features of the school. I work from home, so I'm usually around if you need me. I'm happy to help with any advice about nearby places to visit. We hope you enjoy your stay!
Blidworth is in the heart of Nottinghamshire, close to Sherwood Forest, and is steeped in history and legend about the infamous Robin Hood & his band of Merry Men - Will Scarlett is allegedly buried in Blidworth churchyard. Easy access to Newstead Abbey, Rufford Abbey, Nottingham Castle & The City of Caves, and many more interesting places to visit!
