During your stay you will have beautiful sea views of the Kyle of Tongue and the golden sand of Coldbackie Beach is under a mile away. There is a small store for essentials under two miles away and the closest restaurant is next door. There, you could choose to have breakfast, lunch or dinner and there is even a takeaway option. If you want to explore other dining options then there are a couple more in Tongue, both under two miles away. The dramatic landscape is home to several lochs as well as the impressive Ben Loyal and Ben Hope mountains. Smoo Cave, Cape Wrath and Castle of Mey are some of the spectacular places to drive to, or perhaps go on a longer adventure with a day trip to the Orkney Islands from John O’Groats.
