Note: There are 2 steps up into the kitchen and 1 step down into the shower Until restrictions change, the shared Games Room will be closed to guests.

Luppitt is a small village resting within the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Devon/Somerset border. Within the quaint village you will find a village hall and a small pub which is considered one of Britain’s smallest pubs which rests within the owner’s farmhouse and serves one beer – Otter Bitter, a a local brew. For a larger selection of amenities venture to Honiton which is situated just 6.4 miles away.
