A rejuvenated listed old wash house in the picturesque Norfolk countryside village of Denver. This small space sleeps 2 on a small double fold up bed/sofa to utilise the space we have, this is a single room space, the room has its own shower/toilet facilities in the corner of the room separated by a shower curtain, tea/coffee, kettle, towels, shampoo. Lots of walks and close to Denver sluice, Denver windmill, pub, shop and Downham market’s amenities. Pet friendly, large garden shared with us. Access via the garden gate and key safe. Please note this is a self contained building in the garden of our main home. It is self contained with key box for access. The garden is shared with the main residence. This is a small space, please see dimensions.
We are available to assist upon request. If you require us to make the bed please request in advance.
There are many walking trails in the village. Amenities and pubs and a gold club within walking distance. Driveway parking available.
