The Old Woollen Mill is right in the heart of the thriving market town of Tavistock and yet is in a private position offering peace and privacy. Benefitting from a complete refurbishment, the spacious duplex apartment boasts a large open plan lounge and dining area with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, a brand new kitchen with a further dining area, and three bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in total. Everything you could wish for is on the doorstep!
Something about me which tends to grab attention is that I am a certified firewalking instructor! My wife and I bought The Old Woollen Mill specifically to refurbish and bring to the market as an Airbnb property. We have put a lot into it and hope you enjoy the property as much as we do.
