The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.
I live in Melbourne myself with my husband, 2 children and jack russell 'Bruno'!. We love travelling (albeit a little more tricky these days with little ones!) good food, wine and company! We have recently finished renovating the studio and want people to come and enjoy it, and everything Melbourne and the local area has to offer. I am a stay at home Mum so I run and clean the studio myself between school hours. So far we have had some lovely feedback from our guests, which really makes it that little bit more rewarding. I am happy to give recommendations on local places to eat/visit so please do not be afraid to ask.
Melbourne is a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. Take a walk around Melbourne Pool & Melbourne Hall Gardens when they are open in the summer months, then stop for tea and cake at Melbourne Hall Tearooms. We are ideally located for people going to events at Donington Park which is a 5 minute drive away.
