Kacey & Stephen moved to the far north of Scotland in 2018 after 10 years of highland holidays. They had felt increasingly frustrated with the rat race and longed for space and nature. Burnside Cottage B&B was the perfect place to transform into their little piece of heaven. 2019-21 was spent transforming the B&B and gaining an excellent reputation as a high quality B&B. Then 2021/22 saw the conversion of The Pig Shed which opened in April.
Kacey & Stephen love the wild open spaces of the far north of Scotland are both passionate about sustainable living. Stephen is photographer and wood carver. Kacey loves vegetable gardening and cooking.
