Brand New Property for 2021 Summer! Situated in the heart of the historic Quex Park Estate, this newly built 2 bedroom Shepherd's Hut is surrounded by stunning private Parkland. To the front of the property is private parking and a large green space to enjoy the sun. Go through the gate and you are in the Garden of Quex Barn Farmers Market, where you can enjoy a our own blend coffee, a local IPA or even buy a steak to BBQ from our butchery.

The property is located in the heart of the Quex Park Estate. As well as beautiful parkland, this is historic country estate incorporates a range of attractions and activities including mini golf, a garden centre, a kids soft play barn, llama walking, paintballing, a maze and of course our own Farmers Market and Restaurant. Beyond the Estate, the property is located less than 2 miles from Minnis Bay; a large sandy beach. It is a short drive to the picturesque seaside town of Broadstairs and within half an hour of the historic City of Canterbury.
