The Potting Shed is a new build that was completed in April 2017. It is a single storey building that sits alongside our 300 year old yew tree in our quiet garden to the rear of our well established B&B, Park Cottage. You step inside to an open plan layout consisting of a sitting area, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette. There is a king-size bed and plenty of storage space for long-term guests. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
The property has plenty of light from the windows by the entrance door and feature windows located at each end of the building which allow you to see the beautiful trees that surround the area. Oak beams adorn the roof area adding character to the property. The Potting Shed has been tastefully decorated throughout with Laura Ashley furnishings.
The property has free wi-fi and a dedicated car-parking place.
The Potting Shed is sited just to the left of the main car-park entrance of Warwick Castle and then the bars and restaurants of Warwick are a 10 minute walk away. The racecourse is 5 minutes walk away.
My husband and I have run Park Cottage B&B since 2001, we purchased Daisy Cottage, as a self-catering cottage in February 2015 and finished building The Potting Shed, a second self-catering cottage, in April 2017.
The Potting Shed is located to the back of our B&B in a very quiet cul-se-sac, Tudor Court.
