The Pump House has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard providing guests with a delightful and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a King size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with walk-in waterfall shower. The living room has a wood burner, comfortable sofas and large dining table. French doors lead onto your private terrace and garden. The kitchen is well appointed and kitted out to meet all your culinary needs! Relax and unwind in this beautiful countryside setting.
The Pump House is attached to Erpingham House, but a completely self-contained guest annex with its own entrance, drive and parking spaces. You will be sent the code for access to the front door. You will then have exclusive use of the Pump House and its garden during your stay.
Hi! Both myself and my husband Simon, who grew up in this house, have lived in Norfolk for most of our lives and love this area of North Norfolk! We are both keen gardeners and enjoy walking the Norfolk Coast - swimming in summer and sometimes in winter!! I love to cook and bake - very into sourdough - you may get a small loaf in your welcome pack! We also enjoy travel, skiing and generally being busy with work and family.
Erpingham is situated just 8 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast and its lovely beaches, and close to three National Trust properties, Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Park. The lovely market town of Aylsham is just 3.5 miles away and there is easy access to the fine city of Norwich via car/bus or local train. Wroxham and access into the incredible Norfolk Broads network is just 14 miles away. There is so much to see and do in the area whether you enjoy walking, being on the water, visiting historic houses and gardens, lovely beaches and wild swimming along with some very good pubs and restaurants serving local sourced food including the famous Cromer crab!
