A large, luxury Georgian townhouse on a historical street dating back to the 1800’s in the heart of Chester city centre. The Townhouse really is second to none! Set over 2600 sq feet , sleeping 6 guests this property has it all! A luxury finish to all rooms with added extras such as a make up and cinema room. The huge open plan kitchen is a great space for entertaining with the large kitchen island making the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal with friends and family. Additional living space is available in the sitting room with a smart TV complete with Sky TV and Netflix. The townhouse also has the added bonus of on site parking with a key pad operated garage and an additional parking space offered in a close by car park (guests reimbursed). An outdoor terrace is also available to enjoy. This property is brand new to the market in June 2022.
