UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, this property has recently been completely refurbished, featuring upgraded mattresses, new furnishings, Smart TVs, and beautiful finishing touches. This spacious and highly appealing three-bedroom townhouse is located at the seaward end of one of Penzance's most famous streets. Perfect for family accommodation, it spans three floors and includes 2.5 bathrooms, a balcony, a fenced garden, and plenty of dining space for everyone to enjoy. Pets are welcome on request. The Space Entance way Living room with Large smart TV and corner sofa~ board games / puzzles Fully equipped Kitchen with coffee machine/Nespresso and dining table with seating for 6 guests. Downstairs W.C Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer First Floor Full bathroom, with bath and shower over Bedroom 1~ Twin bedroom Bedroom 2~ King size bedroom with Smart TV and laptop workspace. Second Floor Bedroom 3~ King Size bedroom Ensuite Shower Desk and Chair Excellent WIFI Signal throughout the property. Parking for one car and a shared visitor bay that can be used on a first come basis. Pebbled Garden with outdoor dining area, Professional cleaning and Hotel quality Linen provided. The house is a level walk along the promenade to the fishing port of Newlyn in one direction, and in the other direction you will find the iconic Art Deco Jubilee Pool, Scillonian Ferry link, and the rail and bus stations.
Set in a quiet part of town at the bottom of Morrab Road, less than 30 seconds walk from the Sea. Morrab road houses the beautiful tropical Morrab Gardens cut through here to get into the center of Penzance, where bars, traditional pubs, restaurants and independant shops are plentiful. The house is close walking distance to the Jubilee Pool, the promenade Newlyn and Newlyn Beach. There is a sneaky view from the balcony of Newlyn harbour a fenced garden and private parking for 1 car.
