Property information

It's a cosy 1 bedroom flat, so an ideal flat for a single person who has to stay in the area for an extended period of work, or great for a couple visiting the town or the central belt of Scotland. The flat has a modern bathroom, with a full size bath and mounted power shower over the bath. The kitchen is well equipped with a full set of kitchenware, toaster, micro-wave and cooker. The kitchen also has a washer/dryer as well. The sitting room has a dining table for four and two larger sofas to spread out on whilst watching the High definition TV. All the soft furnishings are styled in the latest prints and colours creating a contemporary look and feel to them throughout the flat. The flat has on street FREE parking and a good solid Wi-Fi connection should you need to work from home.

Whether you're looking for an outdoor adventure or a relaxing day out, there are plenty of things to do in and around Alloa. If you love the countryside and long walks then Clackmannanshire, and Alloa itself, is home to many wonderful landmarks that are a tribute to its mining history, one of the most impressive being Gartmorn Dam. Located in the 370 acre Country Park and Nature Reserve, it is a great spot for outdoor activities, sightseeing and an invigorating walk.
