Upon entering, you’re greeted by a hallway ideal for storing personal belongings, leading into the open-plan kitchen and living area. This spacious yet cosy room features a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a two-seater breakfast table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and an integrated fridge, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Located through an internal door in the open-plan living area and has a king-sized bed and smart TV. The internal door leads into the en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom features a toilet, wash hand basin and a single shower cubicle. By the entrance hallway, there is an internal door that leads into the second bedroom. This bedroom also features a king-sized bed and smart TV. The internal door leads into the en-suite bathroom. There is an enclosed outdoor area which is shared with the neighbouring apartment. The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within a 5 minute walk. 2 dogs are permitted. Over 12 months old and fully trained.
