Quite a one off and quirky place to stay on the harbour side in Lowestoft. Had everything we needed for a one night stay prior to Suffolk Coast ultra run. The chef went out of his way to accommodate my pre run meal idiosyncrasies!

Great location, right on the sea front with secure parking. Very friendly staff and reasonable price food and drinks. Breakfast was excellent, I had a full English breakfast with lovely coffee. Very quaint old sailing club with lots of history....

As well as being well located with secure parking, it was clean and comfortable.

The location was terrific for its quirkiness. You can't complain about the annoyance of the seagulls because its a working port ON the sea. It is to be expected.

A wonderful experience. All staff very friendly, including the cleaners. Room was spotless, and view was amazing. We had Sunday roast beef dinner at £17, which I thought was a bit expensive, but when it came, it was perfect cooked and well worth...

The location is excellent, right next to the beach for an early-morning swim. Brilliant views of the harbour, especially when the lifting bridge is raised for a ship to come by. Very attentive staff. I didn't mind sharing the bathroom facilities...

Loved the location and the historic items which the club displays because its members are proud of their heritage. A gated car park was a bonus but would have appreciated more info about the EV charging point at time of booking.
