Please be advised that our rooms and apartments either have limited or no elevator access; if anyone in your party has any mobility issues contact the property directly so that we can assist.
A £10 PreAuthorisation is required at Check In to secure against any damages or charges and requires a physical card. If a physical card is not available a £100 Cash or ApplePay/GooglePay deposit is required and will be refunded upon completion of room audits.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of £10 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
