Wellsprings Farm is located on the outskirts of Durham, set in 70 acres of arable land/woodland with spectacular views over open countryside. Although very much a rural setting ideal for walking, it is very close to Durham city centre, with easy access to the citys historic cathedral, bars, and restaurants.
