The Studio by Rutland Stays Ltd is a recently refurbished modern studio apartment, sleeping upto 2 guests and one cot (on request). The \studio is great for business travellers visiting the area. Pets are welcome too upon request - there is a charge per pet and the payment link will be in your booking confirmation email/messages. Located just 5 miles from Rutland Water, close to the gorgeous market towns of Stamford (7mi), Uppingham (6mi) & Oakham (8mi), with lots local shops, cafes & bakeries you must try. There are lots of country walks close by too.
After many years as a contract Project Manager and working all round the country, I have stayed in my fair share of short term rentals and serviced accommodation properties. When your working away, I know it's comforting to have a modern, quality accommodation at a reasonable price. This is why I have created my own, something I would have liked to stay in while working away. We cater for business professionals working away and leisure guests.
