Being close to all the local tourist areas including Dunluce Castle, Ballintoy Harbour The Dark Hedges and the awarding winning and beautiful beaches of Benone, Portstewart and Portrush to name but a few the property is ideally located to tour the beautiful scenery the North Coast has to offer within a short drive. Located beside a bus stop there is the option of public transport. Central to Portrush, 7 miles, Bushmills, the home of the famous distillery and the Giants Causeway both 5 and 7 miles respectfully, Ballycastle 10 miles and Coleraine and Ballymoney 4 miles. Located in the quiet village of Ballybogey with a local shop and fast food carryout nearby. Note as property is only newly on market WIFI or Satellite TV has not been installed. Freeview TV is available.
