Property information
The Threshing Barn features four bedrooms with multiple options for layouts. Its charming spiral staircase is a central feature of the property, which is on two levels. The bedrooms are complimented with one main bathroom complete with roll top bath and shower, along with an en-suite for the master bedroom with shower and washing facilities. Cooking facilities are with a traditional style rangemaster in a country kitchen-diner. The property has a sizeable welcome reception area, as well as a large yet cozy lounge and log-burner - perfect for cozy nights in. Parking for 3-4 cars is available close by at the rear of the property. A Smart TV with Freeview is available in the sitting room, and Wi-Fi is available. The Threshing Barn has its own garden with seating with views towards the hay paddock with all of its nature surrounding the paddock’s ponds on our arable working farm near Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.
