Comfortable, charming and full of character, The Town House is a fabulous two bedroom traditional cottage presented with a modern twist. Perfectly situated in a quiet village close to Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo, this newly renovated property is spacious throughout and has a large lawned garden. It’s perfect for couples and small families.

Neighbourhood information

The Town House is situated in Hollesley Village, a few steps from the well-stocked shop and The Shepherd and Dog pub. At the village hall there are children’s play areas, large playing fields and a GP surgery. Also within the village is Poplar Park Equestrian Centre and The Suffolk Punch Trust. Good pubs include The Deben Inn’s group, Shottisham Sorrel Horse and Ramsholt Arms. Woodbridge is the closest town (7.7 miles) with lots of shops, pubs, restaurants, a cinema, rail station and leisure centre. Ufford Park offers an 18-hole golf course, spa, driving range and Congo Rapids Adventure Golf. Sutton Hoo National Trust is 5.5 miles. Orford with its Castle, Chocolate shop and Pump Street Bakery is 9.5 miles. Felixstowe with shops, arcades and sandy beach is 20 miles. Walberswick beach and village with cafes, Black Dog Deli and The Anchor pub is less than a 30-minute drive. Snape Maltings is nearby complete with the concert hall, boutique shops and craft centre.
