At the villas we have 2 stylish, 3 bedroom apartments. Recently refurbished, decorated and fully furnished. Accommodation suitable for business or leisure visits to Peterlee or surrounding areas. 3 bedroom accommodation ideal for families. Large open plan kitchen diner with solid wood flooring throughout. No.12 (Apartment) offers 2 double bedrooms on the upper floor. The ground floor offers 1 bedroom with the choice of 2 single beds or 1 Superking size. No.18 (three bedroom apartment) offers 3 double bedrooms on the upper floor, all with the choice of 2 single beds or 1 superking size. Peterlee lies around 24 miles south of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and is less than 30 minutes from Durham Cathedral and the city’s many restaurants and bars. Business travellers will be within 6-10 minutes’ drive of the North East Industrial Estate and Bracken Hill and Whitehouse Business Parks.
