The Webstersland Residence is a delightful property in Edinburgh. This property is situated on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only - there is no lift access. Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have only booked for two guests, there will be an additional fee for the provision of the sofa bed. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. This property doesn't come with free parking but there is limited paid street parking in Grassmarket for an additional fee. Alternatively there is private paid parking at the NCP car park in Castle Terrace All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
