Lovingly renovated character building offering modern comforts and a traditional feel. Fantastic location for all ages, right in the heart of town! 1-bed ground floor rental with main door access offering cosy accommodation and enclosed private garden area to the rear of the building, accessed via the building’s communal corridor. Superfast broadband and gas central heating/hot water included. Easy access to everything Strathearn has to offer including parks, walks, golf, fishing and mountain biking.
I love travelling and seeing everything the world has to offer!
Easy access to the towns shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Market Park just a few minutes walk away for dog walking and Crieff's annual Highland Games! There is 1-hour free on-road parking Monday-Saturday immediately outside the property. Across the street there is unrestricted free parking in the Union Terrace car park. This is accessed by entering the Co-Op car park from Union Terrace, turning right and heading to the far right corner to be nearest to crossing back to the property. Additionally, there are unrestricted on-road parking spaces on Commissioner Street.
