'The White & Warm House' is recently renovated thoughtfully & creatively throughout; offering everything you need for that relaxed family get away or escape with friends. Pets friendly. Ideally located in the popular Colchester town, close to the train station 5 minutes walk to Colchester town Station & City Centre, on a bus route and walking distance to several supermarkets, local shops, cafes & restaurants. The house is only a few minutes walk from the Essex University. Set up for all you need in and around Colchester city centre, this 3 bedroom terraced house offers special location comfort. Run back from the city during the day for a freshen up or some lunch, enjoy the garden to soak up that evening sun with a BBQ. Comfortable beds & beautifully renovated eclectic furniture. Central Heating. Wifi available. One off street parking space & free on street parking available. The entire space will be yours to enjoy, the owner has thoughtfully improved the property throughout, Tea/Coffee and fresh milk will always be here for your arrival. The hob is an induction hob which we have provided pans for in the kitchen but wanted to make you aware of this in case you brought yours.
