Lovely semi detached property, with two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Large Lounge and Kitchen, with separate dining area. Suitable for families and friends visiting the area. Parking on site for two cars with additional parking outside the property.

I have lived in Stretford most of my life and know the area very well. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding the property and surrounding area.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood. The back of the property looks over Lostock Park, with facilities for families with children, including a play area and skatepark. Situated close to one of the biggest shopping centres in the UK, The Trafford Centre is only a 2 minute drive away, with free parking and transport links by bus or Metro to many of Manchesters top tourist attractions. The following are all within a 5/10 minute drive from the property including Bowlers, Lancashire Cricket Ground, Manchester Uniteds Stadium, Manchester City Centre, Events City, Salford Quays, Chillfactor e ( indoor ski slope ) Trafford Golf Centre, Barton Aerodrome and approx 20 mins to The Etihad Stadium. The property is 2 mins drive away from junction 9 of the M60 motorway, 14 Mins from Manchester Airport and 23 mins from Heaton Park. This is a perfect location to access most of Manchesters top tourist attractions either by foot, car, bus, metro or train.
