Tigh-na-Camus, which means "House by the Bay" in Gaelic, is a detached self-catering cottage with a enclosed and private garden. Tigh-na-Camus is situated next to the seashore in the picturesque village of Glenelg. The property has in addition uninterrupted and stunning views across the bay to the Island of Skye. Skye can easily be reached using the local ferry which operates from April until late October.
Tigh-na-Camus is a convenient five minute walk to the centre of the village, where you will find the local grocery shop and hotel with its restaurant and bar, which frequently host traditional live music. Only a short drive will take you to the neighbouring villages which hold a host of other amenities. Tigh-na-Camus is an excellent location for Munro climbing as it is very close to Sqritheall which has a height of 974 metres, with its stunning views, as seen from some of the pictures.
