James & Lucy
Located in the heart of the highlands overlooking the magnificent Nevis mountain range, Tirindrish House is the perfect destination for a tranquil break. With rooms to suit solo travellers, couples and families of up to five we offer single night stays and discounts on longer breaks. Set in 12 acres of beautiful mature gardens and wooded grounds in the heart of the outdoor capital of the UK, we are just a short walk from the restaurants and local amenities of Spean Bridge. Set on tranquil hillside, amidst an abundance of local wildlife, Tirindrish House is ideally situated to explore the region: travel the Jacobite steam train along the glorious west coast to Mallaig, take a day-trip across the Isle of Skye, explore the many hills and walking trails, hunt out ancient monsters at Loch Ness or discover the beautiful Ardnamurchan peninsular.
After both travelling the world with either work or on vacation and experiencing many cultures and places, James & Lucy decided to settle in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. Both were brought to Scotland as children and have enjoyed many holidays in the Highlands in recent times. When the decision was made to buy, renovate and run their own home as a B&B, Scotland was the only destination on the cards. James has many years of catering and hotel management experience along with nearly a decade's experience as a Safari & Wildlife guide in Africa & the Middle East behind him. Lucy has spent over 13 years working in the legal profession as a project manager but has also worked in the catering industry too.
Experience scenic splendour in all directions and enjoy easy access to other Highland destinations. This combination makes Spean bridge, Glen Spean and the Great Glen the perfect location for an unforgettable holiday in Scotland.
