Eaton Manor Country Estate is set in 500 acres of idyllic Shropshire countryside conveniently located 2 hours from Manchester and 3 hours from London. There are eight unique holiday cottages of varying sizes and on-site activities including a huge games barn with soft play area, a swimming pool (open April to October), a large playing field, croquet lawn and lots of private walks.

Toad Hall is a luxury self catering barn conversion set in idyllic, private grounds, with a large enclosed garden and uninterrupted views of the Wenlock Edge. A beautiful cottage perfect for a relaxing break in a singularly un-spoilt location, Toad Hall sleeps up to 14 in 6 ensuite bedrooms. Five of the ensuites have showers and one has a bath with overhead shower. There is a modern fitted kitchen complete with a range cooker, and a very large dining/sitting room which opens out to a private patio and garden with views of the Wenlock Edge. It is a fantastic cottage for an extended family special occasion / holiday or a group gathering.
