The Holiday home location is prime, just a few minutes walk to the beach front or a few minutes walk to the Clubhouse, swimming pool, amusement arcades and entertainment facilities. Parking area just a minute walk away and next to Park Warden offices. Passes are required to access facilities and activities which are purchased directly from the park, including swimming pools, bar and restaurant, live entertainment, amusement arcades, outside recreational courts and more. Verified owners of our Holiday Home located on Park Holidays resort, St Osyth Essex. DUE TO FAMILY ALLERGIES WE HAVE A NO PET POLICY AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOLIDAY HOME. ADDITIONALLY, BED LINEN CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN ADDITIONAL, SEPARATE COST AND BEDS WOULD BE MADE UP PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. GUESTS TO BRING OWN TOWELS. Three Bedrooms, main bedroom is equipped with a Double bed and High quality memory foam mattress. Two Bedrooms both have twin single beds, all Bedrooms have electric heating units integrated into the large wardrobes. Large living room and dining area with Gas fire. Pull out double sofa bed, flat screen TV with cable channels. Fully equipped kitchen with dining ware, cutlery and cooking utensils, Dishwasher, Gas Oven, Gas hob, large Air fryer Oven with rotisserie, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, Fridge freezer, coffee machine (bring own pods). Bathroom 1 Walk in shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink, plenty of shelve space. Bathroom 2 Toilet and sink. Free, High speed unlimited internet access speeds of up to 50 mgps. THE HOLIDAY HOME WILL BE CLEANED PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL AND MUST LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY WHEN YOU DEPART AND WILL BE INSPECTED ON YOUR DEPARTURE DAY AFTER YOU CHECK OUT. NO DAMAGE CAUSED OR ANY INVENTORY MISSING. FAILURE TO DO SO THE BOOKING SITE WILL BE NOTIFIED FOR THEIR PURSUAL.
