A modern 4 bedroom house in the centre of Oakham, Rutland with reserved parking. On a quiet side street just a stones throw from the centre of the idyllic market town of Oakham. Oakham has numerous pubs serving real ales and excellent food. Rutland Water is less than 5 minutes by car and there are plenty of villages and activities in the surrounding countryside to visit. The house is over 3 floors and comprises of 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 single), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living/dining room. There is a single parking space in the courtyard behind, on street parking (with time restrictions) and a car park 200m away.
The house is located on a quiet street just a 200m walk from the town centre. Oakham is the county town of Rutland located just a few minutes drive from Rutland Water and has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
