Situated less than a 10-minute walk from the centre of Exeter and a 20-minute drive from the Dartmoor National Park, it is next to the beautiful St Davids Church and cemetery. Townhouse Exeter is a Grade II-listed Victorian property modernised to provide guests with en-suite rooms and free WiFi. Please note that the rooms are situated over 3 floors, from the ground floor to the second floor. The Town House does not have a lift facility and the rooms on the first and second floors are only accessible by stairs.
