Property information

Two bedroom duplex in the heart of Falkirk with views over the Ochil hills. Immaculately kept throughout and fully equipped with appliances and furnishings. Close walking local restaurants, bars and cafes and a short distance to both Falkirk High and Falkirk Grahamston station, as well as the high street.

Neighbourhood information

James Short Park is brilliantly placed in terms of accessibility to the local area and beyond. Just a short walk down Cow Wynd takes you directly onto the Falkirk High Street, where there are a large number of shops, cafes and excellent restaurants. Restaurants/Cafes we would recommend include; Behind The Wall, Christie’s Scottish Tapas, Finnegans, The Aran and The Corner Café. The Milk Barn is also excellent in summer time for ice cream, especially if you have kids! There is a Lidl to the East of James Short Park, and the High Station Grocer to the west, both within walking distance. There is a large Tesco, Asda and Morrisons in Falkirk, as well as a very large retail park with many chain stores and eateries. The Falkirk High Station, around 12 minutes walk up the hill from James Short Park, gets you to Edinburgh and Glasgow by train in around 30 minutes. The last train back is at around 11.45pm, double check as it varies by day.
