Property information

West End is one of Glasgow's most cosmopolitan, vibrant and happening areas and home to arguably Scotland's most dynamic food scene. The apartment is centrally heated. It warms up quickly and is easy to adjust the temperature to suit you. The living room is bright and spacious with high ceilings and large sash windows which let in plenty of natural light. There's a 42" HD TV, Netflix, HD Blue-ray DVD player, a wide selection of DVDs, best-seller books, games and guide books. Toys for the young ones. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed which folds out. In the hall there are two cupboards - one where you will find amenities such as an iron, ironing board, drying rack, hoover, large Persian blankets and the other - the gas boiler. The bathroom is very modern with underfloor heating, a good-sized bath and a powerful shower with constant hot water. The kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, combined oven/grill/microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, gas hobs and plenty of crockery. Breakfast is on the house! The bedroom has a sturdy king size divan bed with a comfortable mattress. The bedside light has three dimming modes and is touch sensitive.

This home is located in Glasgow City, Hillhead, United Kingdom. The apartment is right in the heart of the bustling, fashionable west end. With more of an eclectic multi-cultural vibe than some of the other areas, Hillhead, home to Glasgow University, is popular with students and academics. But you'll also find plenty of artists, writers, musicians and other generally creative types here too. The local shops around the corner on Great Western Road reflect this. Artisan Roast serves up its own award-wining coffee with local, organic, vegan and gluten free delights. As achingly cool as it's warm and welcoming. We have Roots and Fruits, a wholefood deli, florist and greengrocers. Purveyors of such delicacies as dirty carrots, alfalfa sprouts and heritage root beer. All this ... and more ... is within just 10 MINUTES of your Parking in Hillhead is largely for residents with permits. However, there are a limited number of metered parking spaces (free on weekends).
