Just steps from the beach entrance, you'll enjoy the convenience of heading to the sandy shores of West Wittering anytime you like, from sunrise to sunset. Head to the pub across the road for delicious meals or a drink in the sunshine. Walk along the road or beach to East Wittering village to discover a wide choice of shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is located above The Landing coffee shop, has one parking space and has it's own private entrance located at the side of the café. ★ KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING ★ The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you would need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guest access The entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home. Other things to note The rooms are above a cafe so there may be some inherent noise during the day. Strictly no dogs allowed.

West Wittering has one of the most popular sandy beaches in the area. And this apartment puts you within easy walking distance of it. The apartment is situated at the top of the road that leads to West Wittering Beach. You can also easily reach coastal paths and areas of outstanding beauty. Whether you’re staying in the area for the activities or to relax, you’ll be pleased to know that a local shop is within easy walking distance, so you can stock up on essentials. The Wittering pub is across the road and serves greta food , as well as pizzas in the beer garden during the summer. Head to East Wittering village to discover a wide variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are two butchers, two greengrocers and a fish monger. You can walk along the beach or road in 20-30 minutes, or drive in a few minutes. The historic city of Chichester, with its many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues, including a cinema and theatre, isaround 20 minutes drive away. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit. Goodwood events, such as Goodwood Revival and the Festival of Speed, are 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
