Rare Find, Attractive, Stylishly decorated, unique Riverview Spacious Loft Room for Rent. Strategically located to train Pubs, Restos, train stations,-Erith, Slade Green. Abbeywood Elizabeth Line to Heathrow is only 3 stops from Erith Station which is approx 10 walk from the property. Nearness to bus stops to Shopping Mall-Bexleyheath, Bluewater, Lakeside. Soothing, Amazing Riverside View. Exclusive use of Own Kichenette, Ensuite and first floor stairs to Loft Room. Loft room has own keys, Smart TV, toaster, microwave and kettle. Tea and Coffee available in room. Shared Entrance and Ground Floor Stairs HOUSE RULES Shoes must be taken off on entry into the Porch area. Strictly non smoking and no parties of any sort welcomed at this accommodation. Heating Times: Mornings 8am-10am Evenings 9pm-11pm I am flexible to regulate heating to suit guest times of waking up, going in and out. Pls note heating cannot be left on overnight or 24hours a day . Check out time is before or at 11am. Check in :14:00-19:00(can be flexible to suit guest needs)
