This brand new apartment is in the heart of Loughborough, walking distance to the college and the university whilst being central to the local amenities, perfect for families visiting loved ones. High speed broadband, 50" HD Smart TV in the lounge and a 32" HD Smart TV in each bedroom with Netflix. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required so can comfortably fit 6 guests with space to relax, eat and sleep. Central heating throughout controlled by a nest thermostat to keep you cosy and warm.

Neighbourhood information

Loughborough is a busy Market Town, known for its excellent University and open countryside. With an array of shops, bars and restaurants theres something for everyone to enjoy. We're less than 5 minutes walk away from the town centre, the college and the university. We have parking for 1 car on the driveway but you can walk to everything in you would need as we're right in the centre. Situated on the Bus route with links to the university, the airport and Leicester City Centre. Uber is in Loughborough as well as many good taxi firms.
