The location is where Gainsborough painted and it remains undisturbed, overlooking the meadows of The Stour valley in Sudbury. Two balcony’s , a decked rear garden faces the river and meadows offering sensational views. A space for mooring a dingy or boat from the rear garden is provided. Set in the countryside yet also in Sudbury. One can walk or cycle everywhere from here, 10 minute walk into the centre. It is an area of AONB and in a tranquil setting suitable for guests looking to escape the hubbub. The property is superb and technology equipped for modern life. Flag stone floors and two way wood burning stove in the open plan kitchen, dining room and living rooms. Light and spacious
